Common Raven
Common Raven

The Common Raven, also known as the Northern Raven is the largest of the passerine birds; passerines are birds with claws specifically designed for gripping and perching. They adapt well to different and changing environments, probably because of the variety of ways they forage, as they can manipulate sticks and other objects to obtain food. their ability to solve multi-step problems has been observed by experimental observations; one such experiment showed they may be able to count to 7! They’ve also been observed doing things apparently just for fun, like sliding down snow-covered roofs and slopes, among other non-essential activities.
